About Attorney Christine Ann Takata

Attorney Christine Ann Takata earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minored in Political Science at the University of Illinois and Bradley University. Thereafter she graduated from Northern Illinois University College of Law, she has been a practicing licensed Illinois trial and appellate attorney in good standing since 1997.

 

Attorney Takata has litigated successfully in twenty-seven (27) Illinois Circuit Courts and in two of our five Illinois Appellate Courts. In 2008 her landmark case was featured as a cover article in the Illinois State Bar Association monthly magazine. She earned her mediation certificate at the Chicago Dispute Resolution Center in 2015.

Hourly rate for Family Law and Contract litigation = sliding scale from $200/hour - $350/hour.
 

Hourly rate for Mediation = sliding scale from $100/hour - $200/hour.
 

Flat Rate for Criminal Defense and Orders of Protection = varies depending on the complexity
of the case.


Flat Rate for Appeals depending upon the complexity of the case.
